However, if you really want to enjoy your sessions, be challenged, get out onto the streets and the experience the local countryside as well as working within a gym, then I can help.

Training in an outdoor environment can be more exhilarating than constant work in the gym. You have the opportunity to see and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The added benefit is that you will also train harder!

My service is holistic and can incorporate a thorough look at your complete lifestyle, including nutrition. I will tailor your fitness programme specifically to your needs and to what you enjoy through collaborative discussion. My training plans can be bespoke to each client, reflecting their individual needs and preferences.

How’s your kit? Not sure, then I will advise you about what you should have and where you can get it. I have links with local sports shops and national suppliers and can offer a helpful, friendly service to get you kitted out!

In all areas of life, we know that setting goals helps us to focus on what we want to achieve. Have you always wanted to enjoy a race or reach a goal? I will work in collaboration with you to set your own personal health and fitness goals. I will also challenge you to achieve targets that you did not think were possible.

I can suggest events, training routes and websites to review – anything and everything to ensure that you get to where you want to be and achieve your health and fitness goals.

If you want to run a 10K, marathon or even an ultra race or simply get fitter, it can be easier and quicker than you think to achieve these goals. What about getting out into the Chiltern Hills on your bike? Perhaps you would like to complete the London to Brighton cycle – why not start now?

Think about some simple steps and considerations as you commence training. What are your goals? Do you really believe in them and do they matter? For example, you may want to quit smoking and get fitter.

I can help you make the time to achieve these goals – forget about the soaps or propping up the bar!

As part of your training plan, we will regularly review your progress to ensure that you are enjoying what you do.
