The Outdoor Experience

Training in an outdoor environment can be more exhilarating than constant work in the gym. You have the opportunity to see and enjoy the beautiful Cornish countryside. The added benefit is that you will also train harder!

Additionally, I regularly use track training as a fundamental part of outdoor exercise. I work with Carn Brea running track to ensure you train at the best venue in Cornwall.

My service is holistic and can incorporate a thorough look at your complete lifestyle, including nutrition. I will tailor your fitness programme specifically to your needs and to what you enjoy through collaborative discussion. My training plans can be bespoke to each client, reflecting their individual needs and preferences.

Goal Setting

In all areas of life, we know that setting goals helps us to focus on what we want to achieve. Have you always wanted to enjoy a race or reach a goal? I will work in collaboration with you to set your own personal health and fitness goals. I will also challenge you to achieve targets that you did not think were possible.

I can suggest events, training routes and websites to review – anything and everything to ensure that you get to where you want to be and achieve your health and fitness goals.

As part of your training plan, we will regularly review your progress to ensure that you are enjoying what you do.

My training plans can incorporate group training. The fact that you are working with others can be a  wonderful motivator and you can support each other to achieve your goals.

Sports Massage

Having worked and trained within the sports industry all of my life, I understand the impact lots of training and physical exertion can have on your body. To keep your muscles supple and injury-free, regular deep tissue massage is an integral part of the process.

Whether you are training for a specific goal like a marathon or a cycling sportive, investing in a sports massage which allows your muscles to release and provide other benefits.

I can visit you at your home or you can attend one of the venues I work within.
