I have a diploma in Personal Training and I am qualified as an Advanced Level 3 Instructor. I am currently studying for a Masters in Sports Performance, specialising in conditioning, flexibility and endurance, as well as Advanced Nutrition for Physical Performance. I am level 2 PowerPlate qualified and have a level 2 certificate in Swimming Pool Supervision and Rescue.

All of my clients have achieved great results –it may have been weight loss, core strengthening, or improving their fitness techniques. Additionally, my clients have commented on feeling more positive and pleased to have achieved their fitness goals.

I am based in Berkhamsted and cover South West Hertfordshire as well as Central London.

Now working with the Epinsoa Chute Centre, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted. Providing personal training, PowerPlate sessions and a variety of fitness classes including Adult Stretch, Butt Lift, Endurance and Circuit classes.

Circuit classes Mondays at 12pm, Fridays at 1.15pm, Saturdays at 9am and 10.30am, Sundays at 9.30am.

Berko to Aylesbury 13.1.miles

Nice run up a muddy Grand Union Canal today with a strong head wind all the way. Lots of flooding on the paths, mainly caused I think by all the re-building of the canal side.

Putney to Piccadilly 9.1 miles

Nice run this evening up through the very posh areas of South West London, Putney, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. Great running conditions, and always good to run through London and view so many different lives and happenings. Finished with a mint tea and some grapes

Chequers to Berko 13.3. miles

Running in the rain and mud today, from Chequers to the West of Wendover, picking up The Ridgeway path, and following this Eastwards all the way down to near Tring where I picked up the Grand Union Canal and ran South into Berko.
Very muddy due to the rain, but also the recent frost being reduced [...]
