I have a diploma in Personal Training and I am qualified as an Advanced Level 3 Instructor. I am currently studying for a Masters in Sports Performance, specialising in conditioning, flexibility and endurance, as well as Advanced Nutrition for Physical Performance. I am level 2 PowerPlate qualified and have a level 2 certificate in Swimming Pool Supervision and Rescue.

All of my clients have achieved great results –it may have been weight loss, core strengthening, or improving their fitness techniques. Additionally, my clients have commented on feeling more positive and pleased to have achieved their fitness goals.

I am based in Berkhamsted and cover South West Hertfordshire as well as Central London.

Now working with the Epinsoa Chute Centre, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted. Providing personal training, PowerPlate sessions and a variety of fitness classes including Adult Stretch, Butt Lift, Endurance and Circuit classes.

Circuit classes Mondays at 12pm, Fridays at 1.15pm, Saturdays at 9am and 10.30am, Sundays at 9.30am.

Berko, around The Ashridge along the Ridgeway and back 13.3 miles

Great run today, in very strong winds and very muddy paths. With all this mad weather about its made going very heavy but great fun in the wilds, as you just dont see anybody for ages. Did alot of tracks and paths I have not been on before and it made a lovely change
