About
I have always been involved in sports since a young age. I played football to a high standard, boxed for 5 years and did kickboxing for 3 years. I have always run and cycled and attended gyms. But like all of us, I enjoyed going out and in my early 20s and did it a bit too much! I realised that I needed to get back on track and set myself the goal of getting fit and running the London marathon.
For the next few months I stuck to my training schedule, controlled my diet and cut out alcohol. In just 4 months, I had completed the marathon in 3 hours and 9 minutes. Later gaining a fastest marathon time of 2.44 Alongside this, I improved my cycling and I completed the London to Brighton a couple of months later in 4 hours and 29 minutes.
Over the last 15 years, I have continued to train and enjoy fitness activities more and more, which in turn, has inspired me to help and train friends and clients. I have run over 200 marathons, 190 half marathons as well as numerous shorter races. In the last few years my goal has been to complete ultra runs (between 30 and 150 miles) and so far, I have completed more than 70 events.
Achievements
Some amazing adventures and goals I have achieved include:
- Cycling from John O’Groats to Lands End in 7 days
- Running a 240 mile challenge in Namibia
- 5 marathons in 5 days
- 3 ultra runs in 3 days

Health and fitness is a massive and fundamental part of my daily life. I love it and I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with others so that they can share my passion.
