Listen to your favourite or inspirational music when you are training also think of emotional and great points in your life, it is amazing how they get the adrenalin going and help you to hit your goal.
First time on this race today, starting in the centre of the town, it was very very well organised, with amazing sign marking throughout, loads and loads of drink stations, and just about the best organised race I have been on, and I have done alot, very well done.
It was hot, and lots of different races all happening, but really great to take part in.
