Again and nice and wet and muddy run today (is it ever going to stop raining) Ran from centre of Watford heading on trails North West through beautiful countryside over the horrible M25 and down to Sarratt Bottom, just a small bit on The Chilterns Way, before heading North on The Chess Valley Walk all the way upto Chesham, then along roads for a couple of miles towards Ashley Green. Then I really went for it on the last 5 miles pushing fast onto Berko
