Make time for the goal you want to achieve, for example, by rising one hour earlier, three times a week to complete exercise.

Very misty at start but warm, and it soon got hot and bright sunshine, very strange in the middle of January to be getting a tan while running.
Lots of amazing scenery with the sea to our left and green national park to our right. Also alot of hill climbing and track/trail running as well as roads, and through small little villages. I loved every minute of it, and so did Matt but he is struggling with an injury to his leg, but he pushed on through.
Finished with a nice meal outside in the sun. Life is good.
