Good day for a run so off I went to Dunstable on the bus this morning and ran back on cross country trails. Still very muddy in places but with good INOV8 roclites on there was no issues. I ran up over Dunstable downs(bit windy) down through Whipsnade and Studham and along the Chilterns Way through the Ashridge to Berko
