Running in the rain and mud today, from Chequers to the West of Wendover, picking up The Ridgeway path, and following this Eastwards all the way down to near Tring where I picked up the Grand Union Canal and ran South into Berko.
Very muddy due to the rain, but also the recent frost being reduced and the hard surface turning very boggy. Great fun
